Delete your Rūnweler account

In the app: Profile → Delete account → enter your password → confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app: email welcome@runweler.com from the address on your account, or include your account phone number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll check it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted permanently:

Profile: name, phone number, avatar, audio bio
All whispers you’ve posted (audio, images, transcripts) and feels you’ve left
Close list, heeds, blocks, and reports about your content
Identity verification data, including licence images and selfies held by our verification provider, Didit
Moderation records, login sessions and verification codes

What may be kept:

Subscription and payment records, kept by Google Play / Apple and our billing provider RevenueCat as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions first.
Encrypted backups, overwritten within [X] days.
Server logs, deleted within [X] days.
